For a hostel the standard of the double rooms are exceptional especially in comparison to other places close to the city center. It's an easy 15 min walk to the bazaar. Therefore it's way calmer than elsewhere if there is no weeding nearby. Pinto helps you with everything you need and the breakfast at the restaurant (coffee from a machine) is really good!
One of the best hospitality in Pushkar. It's a home away from home.. The rooms are super clean and spacious. The crossover cafe at banana hostel is a chill spot to have movie night, work or just laze around. The food is yummy (a bit expensive but worth it). The staff is always there to listen and provide to the best of their capability. The pet dog "Love" spreads love in the entire property and you'd be friends with her on day 1, trust me. Aatish, the owner also conducted an Indian food cooking session in the garden and it was super fun and tasty. They have activity planned out every day. We went for a trek to Savitri temple and you can see the entire Pushkar from there and super amazing sunrise and sunset! The location is away from the market but not too far from it which makes it a great location. The property has good vibes. I 100% recommend!
Banana Hostel in Pushkar is hands down the BEST hostel I’ve stayed at in India - possibly the best in the world! From the welcoming staff to the clean, comfortable rooms and vibrant social atmosphere, it offers everything you could want. The rooftop is perfect for hanging out, and the cooking class was amazing. Highly recommend!
Happy to have stumbled upon this gem of a hostel! The whole place is so lovely and clean. I stayed in the female dorms: the mattresses and blankets were super comfy. Very good food and coffee too 😍 they even have soy milk! Plus the hosts and staff are very hospitable. Awesome place to stay in Pushkar 👌
I stayed in banana hostel for two nights and it was greaaaat! The rooms are so neat and clean and the beds and blankets super comfortable. The staff is beyond helpful as well. Wanted to go to a temple for the sunrise and they brought me there and hiked up with me so I didn’t do it on my own. Also dropped me off in the bus stop to go to the train station. Restaurant is very good as well as the coffee. I wish I had more time and could stay for longer but I’ll definitely be back.
