A nice hostel with the most lovely staff. They were very kind when we needed an extra helmet. We weren't even staying there. They rented the helmet for my kid and actually even after asking, didn't charge me. For a place that thrives on rentals, they still build such goodwill because of their service. My heart is warm with my interactions. And the best part, it wasn't just one person. 2 different people said the same thing. Has to be in their ethos and culture

CAUTION: Check the room before you check in. We had a good / bad experience here, the host was very polite, but the room was equally inhospitable. We reached late at night, the host at reception was very polite, we got the check in and payments completed. Then we were directed to adjecant building. Building wasn't maintained. The room smelled like piss (urine) and damp. Trust me, it seemd like a store room stuffed with a bed to make money. We called the host straight away, who politely declined to have any other rooms. He said there were no other rooms. He sent his attendant with a room freshner which made it even worse. it was almost 2 AM. We somehow, spent a couple of hours, took a shower and left. I have never had such a worst experience. This place has a clean kitchen on the roof top that I used to fill up my water bottle with warm water.

Kindly check the room before check in. The hospitality was not so impressive. They have a single cleaning staff who is looking to the rooms he always on the phone and he talks more work less also the cleaning guy throwed my towel and face wash into the dustbin. And later on he said he didn’t find my personal stuff. I give you only one suggestion that not look for this property and find another one for your own good.the hostel is pathetic. There’s no basic facilities like water on your floor and there’s no privacy because of the cleaning staff he is very dheela. Please find other good properties in better prices

Unhygienic Conditions – Bed Bugs in the Room I am staying at this hostel right now and unfortunately experienced a bed bug issue. I found actual bed bugs on the bedding, which is extremely concerning for any traveler. This not only affected my sleep at 1.45 am but also raised serious hygiene and health concerns. Bed bugs are a serious problem that require immediate and professional attention. I hope the management takes proper action soon. Until then, I would advise fellow travelers to be cautious and check the bedding thoroughly before settling in.

I stayed in the homestay/residence (on the corner next to the hostel) and had a very good experience. The staff is attentive and responsive, the rooms were clean and in general my stay was comfortable and practically trouble free (apart from the monkey that got into the fridge and ate my breakfast). I recommend!
