I recently stayed at This Is It in Arambol and had a fantastic experience. The vibe of the place is very chilled out and welcoming — perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the real spirit of Arambol. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is excellent — just a few steps away from the beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. My room was clean, cozy, and had everything essential for a comfortable stay. The common area was a great place to meet other travelers from around the world, share stories, and even plan day trips together. One of the highlights for me was the café/bar at the property. They served good food and drinks, and the atmosphere at night was lively without being overwhelming. Overall, This Is It gave me the perfect Arambol experience — laid-back, social, and super easygoing. I would definitely recommend it to solo travelers, backpackers, and anyone who wants to feel the real Arambol energy.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Manager Sneha served us very well, all the staffs were very polite. Overall food was delicious. The hut cottage rooms with sea-facing balconies were a highlight, offering stunning views and the soothing sound of waves crashing on the shore—pure bliss! The beach was impeccably maintained, perfect for a relaxing stroll or simply soaking in the serene ambiance.

I had the same experience as a reviewer not too long ago. Setting is nice enough though it can be a bit smelly at times near the beginning of the beach alongside those restaurants. The main problem is with the service. It didn’t exist. Or the staff was ignoring me on purpose, I don’t know. In the whole eating drinking area there were only 3-4 tables occupied. A member of staff walked by several times to get the bill for another table. But he ignored me completely. Then I had enough and just up and left. This is really not good at all.

One of the best shacks in arambol, with live music every evening, and the food is yum yum 😋, whole crew and staff super cool and the boss Shekhar is the man highly appreciated and respected. Guys do visit this shacks if you're planning to stay in arambol.
