I recently stayed at This Is It in Arambol and had a fantastic experience. The vibe of the place is very chilled out and welcoming — perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the real spirit of Arambol. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is excellent — just a few steps away from the beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. My room was clean, cozy, and had everything essential for a comfortable stay. The common area was a great place to meet other travelers from around the world, share stories, and even plan day trips together. One of the highlights for me was the café/bar at the property. They served good food and drinks, and the atmosphere at night was lively without being overwhelming. Overall, This Is It gave me the perfect Arambol experience — laid-back, social, and super easygoing. I would definitely recommend it to solo travelers, backpackers, and anyone who wants to feel the real Arambol energy.

This is an excellent stay in Arambol. The rooms are decent with all required amenities, Given its right on the beach. The Service is really good, but do note that the place gets really crowded at night, so expect small delays. The best part of the place is the bar and restaurant, they have live music playing every night, great musicians and also attracts a great crowd. The food is also quite good, and available till late hours of the night. The staff is great. Overall definetly try this place for both stay and the bar and restaurant. You wont regret it.

The place is nice to meet people and see quality live music, but there is confusion when they want to charge people who come through the beach side entrance, and it is not indicated anywhere on the signs or even on their social networks. I met tourists who came for the first time, and who had paid when they did not stay for the live music, but they thought that it was the access to the restaurant that is paid. Fortunately, some employees are very nice ... Apart from that there is a new menu this season with more interesting prices and choices than in the past, but limited choice of drinks in the evening.
