Well I would say this is one of the best hostel in Rishikesh if you wanna stay. The staff is cool and running by foreign people. Vibe is too positive and surrounded with nature. Most importantly it’s based in prime location and market and all things are just on walking. Go take a chance and you wouldn’t get disappointed.
Amazing place. Truly. For what they offer the price is cheap. They clean the rooms daily. They have good food options. Really nice place to chill at any time of the day and the owners are lovely! Trust me I stayed there three weeks
This was the best hostel we stayed at in India. The room and common areas were very comfortable and well maintained. The location was very convenient and walkable to everywhere we wanted, but also separate enough from the busy streets so it felt private and quiet. Ilona the manager and the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful.
My Rishikesh Stay at Indian Culture – A Unique Blend of Simplicity & Soul I recently visited Rishikesh with my father and sister-in-law, and we stayed at a quaint little place called Indian Culture. From the moment we entered, I knew this was going to be different. The receptionist—a foreigner—greeted us in fluent Hindi, better than many native speakers! It was such a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Day 1: We checked into a decent-sized room. While it was nice and clean, I felt it was slightly compact for three people. The property offers complimentary breakfast, though it leans more towards an English-style spread. So, if you prefer a traditional Indian breakfast, you might want to explore the nearby eateries. That said, Indian Culture does rotate their breakfast menu with options like pancakes, poha, paratha, oats, and smoothies, which is great for variety. Day 2: We shifted to the Studio Room, and that was the highlight of our stay! The space was smartly designed with warm lighting and efficient use of every corner. It had a kitchenette with an induction stove, kettle, coffee mugs, tea, sugar, oil, and all essential utensils, giving us the flexibility to cook and feel at home. The resort itself is small but thoughtfully designed, with a calm and soothing vibe—slow trance music in the background and a predominantly international guest crowd adds to its charm. It's located in a prime area with some amazing cafés nearby, making it convenient for food lovers and explorers. My Rating: 8/10 ✅ Great vibe ✅ Friendly staff ✅ Beautiful studio room ❌ Slightly small for a group of 3 in regular rooms ❌ Breakfast variety may not suit everyone daily If you're looking for a peaceful stay in Rishikesh with a global-meets-local experience, Indian Culture is worth considering!
Cosy place with clean rooms and washrooms. Staff is helpful and polite. Not very crowded with tourists, the limited occupancy of this hostel makes it an ideal place to enjoy some peace and quiet. Perfect place to chill and relax with lots of greenery and fresh air. Located very close to Lakshman Jhula, Ganga Ghat is just 200m away. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants in this area.
